Has the order been placed? If so would you have any interrest in starting another GB for this again next month? Maybe actually put it in the GB section and let it go till ~15-20 people are in and see what kind of discount we could get with that many people.....

Also, i'm 6'4" and i have quite a few tall friends (5'10-6'4") would fitment for me and my friends be very uncomfortable with the 4-pt bar? would mounting it in the bins make a very noticable comfort difference?

ugh, I may have some bad news. I just got off the phone, had to fax the sheet over to them. Its going to be cheapest for me to set up as a distributor and then sell to you guys. It will work the same way.

She is working on it looks like it should have been $270 for the 1 3/4 instead of 265... I'll keep you guys posted. should know in just a few minutes.

The we had two snags we the first was that they don't offer 2" for the S14. The second was that the prices for the 2" bars are higher than planned. On the bright side we 1.75ers went down $5 because I changed our group buy to a dealer buy in. More paperwork but worth the savings b/c originally our prices were going to go up from the initial estimate.

here is the info:

Estimated shipping is 2-4 weeks. As they are finished they will be shipped. That means the first bar will be out around 2 weeks after the payment and the last will be out 1 to 2 weeks later. When it comes in you will pay for the shipping (something close to the estimated price on the spread sheet) and be on your way

As for payment. Its all going to have to go through me. Julie and I have decided that it would be easiest like that. If you feel uneasy about sending money to me you can call kirk racing and speak to one of the guys there. They're aware of the situation and know who I am and such. If you order through kirk you will pay the full list price of your bar rather than the discounted price here.

I'll start taking payment now but double check your order is right on the spreadsheet.

ONLY SEND PAYMENT FOR THE BAR, NOT SHIPPING. It will be paid by you upon receipt of the bar.

The preferred method of payment is a money order or cashiers check made out to me. Include your Name, address, phone and username on the forums with the envelope.

Send Checks/Money Orders to:

Chris Osborne
380 Wingo Heights Road - Suite 2C
Spartanburg, SC 29303

If you're dead set on using paypal add 5% of the cost of your bar and send it to pay@illstreet.com with the same information as listed above.

If you have any questions you can call my cell phone anytime before 1am EST (Im a late night guy ) I won't mind answering questions.

I'm not going to be able to do a COD, because where I'm having it sent to will NOT pay the shipping company, and there's no way that I can hang around and pay for it personally. Is there anyway that I can pay ahead of time? I don't mind overshooting the cost somewhat, if it comes down to it.

When mine was shipped, I was originally told the shipping company would take a CC. Once it was shipped, I called them and they said no. I ended up sending a check to them, and they were nice enough to go ahead and drop off before payment arrived.

You just have to ask nicely...maybe beg a little. Or, make sure the shipping company they use in fact does take CCs on the phone.

I just want to know if I can give Kirk Racing the money for shipping and have them pay for it in the first place, it just seems A LOT easier that way.

I can call and ask tomorrow. I don't know if they will know the answer b/c julie is the one that usually handles it and she's out of town now.
