ok drove the car on friday it ran great. went to drive it today it wont start. got through all the usuals and cant find anything. so i check the pfc and the entire program is gone. the injector sizes are gone timing map fuel map everything. so i try to start putting it back in and......after i enter the injector page i scroll out them go back and its all at 0 again...wtf. this things just doesnt want to see any road time.

 

damn I hope that **** don't happen to my ****... I just paid Ray at PFS 650 for tuning my car!!!

 

me too. ray tuned it great i just hope he save his tunes for awhile. bad enough apexi is a pain to get stuff fixed through. i havent had any luck with this girl since ive had it.

 

wierd, never happened to me, allthough if it did all my tunes are saved on my laptop =D

 

well i figured out today thanks to ray that the reason it looks like theres no program is its locked. thats also why none of my changes stayed in the program. it was just really flooded due to the extreme cold the cold start adjustments are dumping fuel. ill need to send it up to ray to unlock it and adjust those settings.

 

I didn't know that you could "lock" the PFC settings. Probably a good thing so that people don't mess with your tune.

 

I've never heard of or had these issues with the PFC. Are you sure someone chose the initialize option and reset everything to stock?

 

yeah she run fine again. you have to have a data loggit to lock it out.
