I spoke with Skip a few weeks back. We might set something up for the install and dyno tuning at the RX7store a few days before the Revolution. If anyone is interested please respond here. I would like to get a count so i can make this happen.

I was just at KDR yesterday and they are still be super secret about it because of the pat. pending thing. But I think me and my friend are both gonna get it in the next week or so. Skip convinced me, and the fact that I will be tuning the car myself soon.....any protection is worth it.

Yeah one of his injector got stuck shut, but what could save any piston or rotary engine if 1/3 of your fuel suply was all the sudden cut out?

I haven't heard of anyone with a properly working anit-kaboom device that lost an engine due to detonation happening.

Do we have some more info to validate such claims?

Or is this some effort to devalue/thwart the anti-kaboom device?

Looks like Batman is protecting his GF (Skip). I say let the results speak for themselves, and let whoever had his injectors get stuck talk about his / her experience...

I must point out though that a Knock Sensor properly tuned can do something if it's expecting the secondaires to come online, and only one does, it'll cut ignition, but the question is ... Soon enough to prevent "kaboom" ??

This is also assuming that you have dual Knock Sensors...

$$ Talk BS Walks !!! If I had the $$ I'd be able to squeeze my way in front of you my friend !

Besides I like knock sensors a lot better than Voodoo Magic !

Not Saying that I won't buy one, but I won't 'till someone explains to me what's going on and why it's better than anything else... and that won't happen until they go public, at which point I would assume enough shops on the west coast would be able to do the mod... and then it's not up to Skip anymore but where I take my $$ to get it done...

i do hope this device works out well, it could really be a huge boost to rotary engine reliability.
