Antenna

can anyone help me out here .. my antenna seems to be stuck .. is there anyway to disable it .. like a fuse specifically for the antenna .. or any step by step instructions on how to disable my antenna would be most helpful .. im having problems getting to the antenna itself .. perhaps a good site that has step by step instructions .. thanks in advanced

You can always just pull the power lead to the antenna.

Or just replace it......

All you have to do is use the search function. You should also get a factory service manual. Normally, you can download one for free from www.iluvmyrx7.com but that site is down right now.

Just get rid of the damn thing!
I'm in the process of shaving mine and painting my car.
I've got through 3 freaking antenna's on my 7's. What a dumb design, it always ends up breaking no matter what.
Plus the car looks like a RC car with the thing up.

i fixed my broken cable inside of it.
the antenna was stuck down, because the toothed cable was not pushing it out.

if that is the problem, pm me.
