I am really glad that you added "most of them anyhow". I met my wife when I was taking my 93 touring model to the DMV to get the car registered. She was in her black 93 R1.

Make a long story short, I've seen her ABOSULTELY frustrate a vettes and anyone else stupid enough to challenge her, as well as get ahead of me (and stay there) on those rare occasions when we were driving both cars. (She also outran a state trooper in a 350Z a long time ago!!)

Dan, how about pulling the engine and tranny, buy a roller and do the transplant -using parts from your wrecked FD??

To all interested in the engine and turbo set up, it's not available.
I just talked to Dan a few minutes ago and we are only waiting on the insurance.
Then, the engine is mine for a price of course.

Wow guys, this isn't a FS thread. The guy just lost one of his cars, and everyone is already begging for parts. At least let him finish everything with the insurance company before hounding him. I'd be pissed if I made a thread like this and people asked me for parts from my car, especially if it was in the first week!

Wow. Wrecked FD that you love...very very heartbreaking and not cool at all. GF that wrecked your FD that you love is not hurt...good news. Having to live with now knowing how the GF wrecked the FD...that just sucks. I couldn't live with that.

I have and never will let a gf of mine or any girl drive my FD. If this happend to me I would have broken up with her. Not permanently, but just so she knows how bad she let me down and how much the car meant to me. Thats just me though. Its hard enough just to see my FD without an engine in it, must be hard to see it completely fucked.
