Another FD off the road...
Last weekend while I was in Vegas at the NHRA race (which was a big fiasco in itself), and I got a call from my girlfriend Saturday night...here's what I came home to....
She says she was going about 50mph and she saw a vehicle coming up behind her real quickly (dark outside). She tried to move out of the way, next thing she knows she was spinning and played ping-pong in between 2 concrete barriers...
....the other car of course didn't stick around...
The good thing, of course, is that aside from a bunch of bumps, bruises and small cuts, she is ok.

Glad to hear that the gf is ok. Sucks that the car is totaled...but at least you still have your track car right?
.
Its probably not appropriate to comment right now, but If you decide to part out the car I would be interested in the pedal assembly and the gauge cluster

.im not sure what is salvageable yet, il post in the for sale section when the time comes...
.....never let a woman drive an FD, or really any car you don't want wrecked. Women are simply incapable of properly operating a motor vehicle. Fact. I keep my women and my cars separate, and it has worked. Women do not belong in sports cars, because they don't respect them....well most of them anyhow.

Was this on a one lane road? How did the car end up spinning out of control? Odd
