Another damn Stumble problem...

First, it ran fine but kicked into limp mode because of the MOP. I replaced the MOP, and now it's not givng me a code anymore, hurray!! but it's still doing the same ****. before, it would rev up fine unti,l the code came up. now as soon as the secondary butterflies open, it backfires and falls on it's face. i dont understand..

i guess i'll check tps voltage in comparison to butterfly position to se if its butterfly position thats cuasing the stumble or somethign associated with tps voltage readin. like if 2ndaries kick in at a certain tps voltage or something similar, so i can narrow it down and go from there...

I would say its something around or close to the MOP, because you said it ran fine until you replaced it. I would double check everything just to be sure something wasnt overlooked. Also was the comp reset or the code cleared after you replaced it? If not it may think something up, when infact its fine.

Just a htought...

i had some more random hesitations (i think it may have had something to do with running straight 110 octane gas for a week), but they fixed themselves tonight while i was out driving.

no it ran fine for the 30 seconds before the CEL cmae on before I fixed it. i was getting a code 27 but before the code kicked in it ran fine. now the codes gone cause i put in a new MOP but it's still doing it.
