You can view the parts fiche at http://www.iluvmyrx7.com, but Mazda should have the same thing on hand to look up the parts for you.

I'm speaking of gaskets for the ACV itself. There are gaskets for the 2 chambers, a rubber gasket for the internal plunger, and a gasket for the airpump pipe. What are the part numbers for these?

What purpose does the ACV serve? What will happen (or won't) if it's not functioning properly?

The description of the ACV's operation starts on page F-115 of the FSM. It feeds air from your airpump to your exhaust ports and main cat for cleaner emissions and catalytic converter longevity. Without it, you will have very foul emissions and your main cat will clog more quickly.
