Aftermarket intake-where do the hoses go??

Been searching like crazy. I got hard intake pipes and 2 K&N filters. I really wanted to use the hard pipes with the stock airbox but its not cooperating, I got them in but the hood wont close because the stock airbox is too high I guess. So Im going to use the K&N filters now, but I dont know what to do about the other hoses that go to the stock box. I know I can vent the BOV and the other one thats just like it. I know I need to put a small filter on the long hose that goes on the top hole. I have no idea what to do with the air pump hose. Anyone got any suggestions on where to put this hose and how to keep the "mooo" sound quiet?
Any help is appreciated. Thanks alot.
