99+ gauge cluster install...

Since i got no response in the Interior section, i decided to post it here...

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

for those that have the 99+ gauge cluster... what are some things needed to be done to make it work in our FD's here in the states?

I know it has a boost gauge, and i dont care much for it really, so it doesn't have to work. I know speedo shows KMH and that doesn't bother me, but what about tach, fuel and water temp? Is that all good?

Also is the odometer reading in Mph or Kmh?

Any input would be great.

Thanks.

I thought all you had to do was run a boost/vacuum line for the factory boost gauge. otherwise it is plug and play... or so I thought.

I haven't read the old threads; but i'd imagine the reading like you said would just be in KMH.

KINETIK_FD3S: Good thread, but pics don't work.
