93 jdm fd

I'm currently stripping a 93 JDM RX-7. Just so I don't forget anything important. Any recommendations on what I should take off of it. So far I have taken out the motor, tranny, diff, brakes, and the suspension arms. I have plans to put the parts in a state side FD.

Why bother? What do you think is different about these "1993 JDM" parts from "1993 North American" parts?

If you want to do something special, strip down a 2000+ year model.

"how did you get the car?"

I live in japan and I bought the 1 1/2 ago and have been dealing with titling issues. My cheapest option is to junk it, so I'm striping it down.

I'm not worried about anything special, I just want to get my moneys worth out of it.

Then part it out (i.e. sell it by parts instead of a whole car) and pick up a decent state-side car when you get back. You'll make more money and it will be less hassle.

You should probably get in touch with some Canadian importers to see if they'll buy it off you. JDM FDs are still coming here in droves. FDs seem to command anywhere between $1000 and $4000 in Japan and sell for $4000 to $10000 here.

an '93 JDM has nothing special over a US model. As said before why both other than to sell some parts.
