Negative. The reason that we're seeing more and more ultra-light viscosity oils is due to ever stricter federal emission and fuel economy standards that the OEM auto manufacturers must adhere to. In their quest to squeeze every last bit of fuel economy out of their cars, the car manufacturers push on the API to set a new standard every few years that specifies oils must achieve increasingly lower levels of friction, while (again) maintaining an acceptable level of film strength and thermal stability. Lighter viscosity oils take less power to circulate/spin through than heavier weight oils.

Switch to Redline 10w30 trust me you'll have the same pressure if not better, and be using thinner oil thus saving your engine some hardtime.
