Best BOV
I'm trying to find the best BOV for my stock twin turbo 93 RX-7. I've looked a bit at APEX'I's, HKS's, and Greddy's, but I'm questioning whether the prices really mean a better product or if it's just for the name.

Theres ton's of threads out there on this, but to sum them all up, and to help you out.....
If you're 7 is stock, there is absolutely no need to upgrade your blowoff valve, unless your looking for the "sound" that the aftermarket units offer (since their not silenced into the air box). Also, to save you money, if you just want the sound of the blow off valve, simply uncork your lines from the bov to your airbox, and make sure you plug the holes leading into the airbox, and filter the ends of the BOV, as it makes vacuum at idle.

A cheap set of BOVs that would likely fit fine in the stock locations (given that you cap the airbox hoses) are the fast road dump valves by Forge motorsport:

1. Kit or universal
2. Brand name
If you don't get a BOV that has a kit, you'll have a difficult time mounting it as it most likely will NOT come with a mounting flange. These are typically expected to used in conjunction with a 3rd party flange welded onto an intercooler hard pipe. If your car is stock, you do not have hard pipes for your intercooler.
The kits will come with a flange to allow you to connect it up without using hard pipes and welding.
As for what's the best? There is no answer to that. They all have basically the same function so the difference will just be in the sound that it makes. There are many threads on BOV's describing their sounds here on the forum, take some time and search around.
Here's a thread to get you started:

I have experience with 3 different BOVS.
1. Stock: Very nice whoosing sound
2. Blitz: Sounds just like stock, actually seems quieter (probably because its mounted up front where the stock BOVs are closer to the driver on the passenger side)
3. Greddy: It whistles like a bird (a lot louder than the Blitz).
