350-375 Horsepower on Reman engine with 30k miles

I plan on building my engine up in the coming year to about 350-375 horsepower. As I said in the title its a reman engine with around 30k miles. The modifications I plan on are:
RX7Store GT35R Turbo Kit
RotaryExtreme Regular V-Mount or Greddy 3 Row FMIC with Koyo Radiator
Apex'i PowerFC
Denso Fuel Pump
Greddy Type S Blowoff Valve
Apex'i GT Exhaust
High Flow Cat
Clutch and Flywheel
Can anyone suggest a fuel injector upgrade because I am unsure in this area.

If I need anymore parts let me know and if I don't need some of these things tell me.
Thanks

Your going to need a secondary rail upgrade, fpr, and a set of 1680 secondaries. You can buy this as a kit from a variety of places, like www.kgparts.com, rx7store.net, or rx7.com

use your stock secondaries (850cc) as primaries when you do the fuel rail upgrade.
I think the powerFC can be set to accept different primary injector sizes but I've never used one so I don't know, it just seems logical..

Would the secondary injectors fit in the primary rail with no modification?

Get 850cc Primaries and 1600cc Secondaries. And yes the Power FC will let you adjust how big of injectors you can run. Youll also need to upgrade the Secondary fuel rail. A FPR would be a good idea too. Do you already have a boost guage? A/F ratio guage? Go with the V-mount if you have to money.

If your only shooting for 350-400rwhp you will NOT need 850cc primaries. Just go with 1680cc secondaries and keep the stock 550cc primary injectors and you'll be plenty fine. On another note, I also don't see why you would need a 3-row intercooler? Unless you plan on running consistenly higher than 15psi on the turbo you won't need such a big intercooler. Greddy 2-row will be more than sufficient.

Again 850cc primaries are NOT at all necessary for your power goals. You'll have more than enough fuel with the 1680cc secondaries.

You will have to mill the primary rail down to get the secondary injectors to fit

You can probably get away with running 1300 secondary injectors. They fit in the stock secondary rail and its easier to tune with the PFC. If you use secondaries larger than 1300 then you also have to have the datalogger. If you really want to do it just buy the rx7store extreme fuel kit. It has everything youll ever need as far as the fuel. Good luck.

I dunno if 550 primaries are going to be fine, I suppose it depends on what RPM you can spool your turbo at and what RPM you bring the secondaries online?

I'm only making somewhere around 400whp, I'm running 720 primaries and I have to bring the secondaries online at 3300rpm or it runs too lean, and that's with BIG primaries! I'd probably have to have them come on under 3k if I was only running 550 primaries.

When it comes to building a fuel system if you cheap out it costs you far more in the long run and if you build it right once you never have to deal with it again, even if you want to make even more power in the future.

You DO NOT need upgraded primaries. Take it from somebody thats already done it. I made over 450rwhp on stock primaries with a 80% duty cycle at 25lbs of boost, just using the 1680secondaries.

Not at all true. If that was the case how would people be making their money back selling used parts?

If you use 1680 secondaries, you will need a new secondary fuel rail. The problem with that is, you will have to remove the ACV. If you remove the ACV, you shouldn't use a HiFlow cat, as you can't have an airpump, and you will burn out the cat in no time.

Some work I would be able to do myself and some I may do at a shop I have yet to determine, and I also have a few tuners I'm looking at but I want make sure they can tune a rotary. I'll decide on all that when the project comes closer it should last into next fall with the difficult things coming at the end. I was thinking about KD Rotary in PA, its 2 1/2 hours from me but from what I read they seem good. Does anyone use them? Also I would take any suggestions that are near Westchester County, New York.
