2 Questions Help needed thx

Ok Question 1. With the single turbo upgrade on my 93 FD of course the Oil metering pump was removed with the dual turbos. So my question is whats the mix ratio for the oil premix in the gas tank since I need to add premix with my fuel now right?

2nd Question: My passenger side window goes up slow.I replaced the window regulator unit in the door and it didnt make a difference. So aside from sounding dumb and possibly obvious is it most likely I need to go ahead and replace the window switch button unit in the door?

Not sure why you say 'of course,' many single turbo FDs (including mine) run an OMP.

Based on what I've read, you want a 100:1 ratio of gas to premix, so about 1.5 oz's of premix per gallon of gas.

Did you replace the window reg with a new one or another used one?

So that would be 30 oz to a tank? Doesnt that seem lika bit much? IDK. Also what pre mix would you suggest? And the regulator I replaced it with was slightly used but was fairly "new" as far as use.

I've found that the windows are usually slow because of the channels they slide in being grunged up. clean them out, straighten them if necessary, add a (very) little bit of wd40, and it works like new!

They're referring to cars that are still running the OMP.

Please don't spread misinformation .

1/2 oz per gallon is not enough premix for a car with a deleted OMP.

i had brian cain out of texas tune my car and he told me about 8oz per gallon and 1oz for going to the track all day. if you run 1.5 a gallon your car will smell like a weedeater. if you don't put enough in like 1/2per gallon then you could burn up your seals. your window try to put some white grease on the tracks

Try using a silicone based rubber product on the window seal. This reduces friction on the glass.
