Is the same twin turbo setup on the 13btt cosmo engine? i.e do cosmo twin turbo's fit the fd, and/or what work is involved?

The Cosmo twins are HT10s which are smaller than the HT12s of the FD. You don't want the Cosmo 13B turbos. The 20B Cosmo has an HT12 and an HT15, but it probably isn't worth the hassle of mounting them.

There have been a number of good dyno results from the BNR Supercars modified FD turbos lately. I'd look into those for some higher performance twins.
