10-8-10-7 boost???

I'm currently getting a 10-8-10-7 boost pattern.
After 4500 rpms, I drop to 8 and quickly go back up to 10 like I am supposed to. However, the boost immediately drops to about 7 after that (probably by about 5000 or 5500 rpms). My only mod is a dp.
Anyone else have this problem before? I'm hoping someone can narrow it down for me before I go checking the whole system.
Thanks,
Matt

Check the classic culprits: crossover tube from y-pipe and it's couplers. Sounds like you're a likely candidate.

My car always did that from day one. I think its suppose to infact. With all the mods i have on my car, my boost pattern is still a 10-9-10-9. It seem like the efini y pipe brought it up 1psi or so at redline. CJ

It could be some check valves, the valves may not be holding enough pressure or vacuum to keep the actuators open/shut for long enough.

Factory spec says after transition you should see steady 10 psi boost untill at least 6500rpm and then it may drop to 8-9psi at 8000rpm (redline) stock.
