I think I watch more Youtube than regular TV at this point
.
Also, get yourself a streaming stick or something to watch Youtube on a TV - you don't have to watch on your computer, tablet, phone, etc. Roku streaming sticks are superb and very cheap and easy to set up.
OK, going to cover a few RX-7/Rotary channels in this post:
Aaron Cake - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC_R..._cEge-fWOsqGLQ
He's been slowly rebuilding a 70's Cosmo with a more modern drivetrain. Some of the videos are somewhat slow but it's entertaining. Lots of rust repair going on of course. He's been working on this for YEARS. Also he is on the forum.
Car Throttle - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNB...1NZAuj0vPe_MkA
UK-based channel. They had a good series on rebuilding and living with an RX-8. Overall some of their videos are good, some aren't super interesting to me, but they are well produced. Very popular channel in the UK.
Chips Motorsports - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC7k...A4KPz3cv77gyqg
Chip does AMAZING things with rotary engine parts. Most of the videos aren't super well produced, but the quality of the content is worth watching through. He's crazy smart and some of the CNC work he does is just jaw dropping. Chip is a real asset to the rotary community.
Doug DeMuro - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCsq...JYTaEnf_vmTNqg
This is kind of a stretch, he did a video on the FD a while back. His style can be a little grating to some, but where else can you watch a deep dive walk around and drive of a Bugatti Chiron? He has tons of content, well edited and produced, I usually just watch ones on cars I'm interested in.
Driven by Madness - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCo8...b9VF009SqtTJqg
RX-8 content, he helped me a LOT on my RX-8. Mostly short how-to-do videos which I appreciate. All well put together.
Howzer Tech - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCL6...pL_bJplbFkFTGw
You may recognize H_M, he is a frequent contributor on the forum and good dude. His videos focus on him working on his 2 FD's, he has some other content on an NSX lately too. Good content here.
Kenny McKee - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCAT...IagTVN0_3zCcsg
Dead channel, he got big into RX-7's for a while then fell off the earth. Not a big fan of this channel, but it is RX-7 content.
My Rotary Life - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCfP...2gB7_n83voM8SQ
UK based channel, guy with a track FD. To be honest I need to watch some of this channel, I think I subscribed and haven't watched much if any of it!
Rotate On - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCq5...cMObnJeh2DB7CA
This is Johnny K's channel, he's a frequent visitor to the forum and I see him every year at Deal's Gap. Some neat videos but he didn't go that far with the channel.
RX-7 Specialties - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC38...OH7U0GLVKA1zug
Canadian RX-7 shop that has some deep dives on engine builds. Good content but a lot of their videos are LONG and could use editing, but there is some really knowledgeable content in there.
OK, that's what I have in my subscriptions for rotary stuff, there is some more out there but that's the stuff I found scrolling through my subscriptions
.

Surprised no one has mentioned Hoonigan Autofocus. It is a spinoff channel of Hoonigan, where Larry Chen and other photographers feature and cars and their owners. Way better than most reviews, because you can hear from the owners themselves. It feels like you are watching a tuning magazine review like Super Street.. Here is Mike's (cr-rex on the forum) car.
+1 Might Car Mods for the win!
There's literally 1,000's of channels with decent content so I'll add 1. How about some more JDM content as this is a Japanese car after all. But hopefully not like the 'JDM Masters' guy. While he reviews cool cars and places, his delivery leaves so much to be desired. I literally refuse to watch his videos.

Who is the Mazda Pro?
I hope I am not bumping an old thread...
Recently my daily driver took a crap on me after an engine rebuild, (who said pistons are reliable or easy to work on?) and with the rising gas prices I decided it was time to move on, so I bought a Honda Civic Si. So far I have been extremely impressed by it, like I want to drive it more than my FD. Yeah its not as fast and does not handle nearly as well, but there are tons of new performance goodies regularly available and it gets insanely good gas mileage.
In my attempt to become better acquainted with my new car I started watching this guy's videos: https://www.youtube.com/user/hondaproJason
He is just a guy that really likes Hondas and makes videos about their history and cool features. It got me thinking; is there a Mazda Pro, someone who makes videos about the cool features and tricks of Mazda cars? Undeniably Mazda is one of the most innovative and pioneering auto makers and it would be cool to see someone make content like Honda Pro Jason.

Not that I know of. You do also have to remember that Mazda is tiny compared to Honda in terms of volume - more cars, more content.
Didn't know about your truck, that sucks!
I've got that channel in my watch later to check out.
BTW, SuzukiSteve is currently on his way to my house so we can stack his motor

This guy, I Do Cars, seems like a pretty cool dude. He does tear-downs of blown engines and has a history working on Mazdas. His vids help me go to sleep sometimes.
