Back in the late 90's I had a 95 awd talon tsi. I upgraded the turbo to a BB turbo called the 16G killer specifically for the street races since the first few hundred feet is all that was seen. I was taking EVERYONE off the line....lol
Only bikes kept up and left my *** after 2nd... hahahaha

DSM's had the best cars in the early 90's !!!!!!!

They're great cars. Too bad a lot of them are in rough shape after neglect and/or poor tuning choices.

Great post! I subscribed to some that I didn't even know existed. I'm in the same boat as Dale. I barely watch TV now. I can watch want I want, when I can.

BTW, I also have a small channel, and no, I don't go around with a GoPro flexing with cars. It is just my hobby since I'm full-time in the Army. Hopefully, I can dedicate to that when I retire. My wife and I currently have a cooking channel that is going really good with 1.2 millions of followers.
I've always enjoyed working on cars and documenting what I did. I did it back in the 56k dial-up days in a Puerto Rican forum with my FC and later with the Acura on the Honda forums.
I try to share what I do on the FD, and the info I gather in the process.
Here's the link in case y'all are interested. I'm currently installing the A/C back to the car utilizing JP3 Motorsports goodies since I'back in Texas 🥵:

Thieves suck, and I'm really glad Logan got his car back. He has posted some awesome build threads on rx7club too.

so there is a guy Tedward, who drives all kinds of neat cars for the noises, and he drove a couple Rx7's....

and the FD

its worth noting that he drives all kinds of exotic machinery, and usually doesn't rave about them as much as the Rx7's.....

The same cars are also featured in this video. They should also be coming up in future TheTopher and another lesser known Youtuber's videos.

Haven't seen RAD Potential yet. Tons of Rx7 stuff.

I love Larry Chen's YouTube channel (formerly Hooligan Auto Focus). He has some awesome cars and interviews. Some of the builds are insane.

Barf, I couldn't disagree more. I'd rather volunteer my free time at an abortion center than listen to those guys (or any tuber who fits that archetype for that matter). American media all follows the same shilling template and the majority of these channels remind me of something my childhood friends and I would name our neighborhood bmx dirt track. Let's gear up and go to the speed academy boys! Like how old are you and I feel bad for your families. These channels consistently glorify excessive displays of speed and it's beyond irresponsible to normalize those types of behavior; especially for the young and impressionable masses of people and in, general never mention what it means to be a safe and responsible driver. The streets are only as safe as those who drive on them. Imagine if Dahm and every hooning chump stopped driving their super illegal deathtrap around town and talked up safety and using your vehicle at a faculty where it's appropriate to drive fast in a controlled environment, etc. I forget the publication that produced the article I read but to paraphrase, professional racers unanimously agree that you as a civilian have no business pretending to be Takumi Fujiwara on your way home from community college / soul sucking job. Having been born and raised in the Bay Area, I see all kinds of BS from people who think life has become a version of the GTA game.

My hope is that in the future these channels go away in favor of responsible enthusiasts who champion educating their followers about personal responsibility as opposed to how much power can we make off this super rare awesome cool car by bolting on a slew of overpriced fancy parts yay! And btw, new merch just dropped! Support my channel bro! But that's the sad reality of where society is at.

End rant.

His DC5 TypeR is a longtime project and very cool imo. He has a long history of driving all kinds of interesting and different projects.

And of course the super sweet Matt Watson of Carwow. He reviews plenty of tuner / jdm cars if the P cars don't do it for you.

Enjoy!
