Because the Pettit isn't flexible like shines and also the design on this bumper is better.

A pic of the original on a whole car would be great. I have no idea if this works with oem fenders or if any other changes are required aside from the lights? My oem bumper is getting pretty saggy these days...

The ears on the crash bar will need to be removed to fit the 99spec turn signal/running lights.

Instead of the 99 spec lights would it be much of a big deal to run the feed style front lights to allow for a bigger light?

You have to modify the reinforcement bar the same way you would with a 99 spec bumper. You will be able to get feed combo lights if you get the Mazdaspeed lences. We will be copying those as well.

Was going to settle for the 99 spec bumper cause i couldn't find a good rep of the gtc. Now that shine's making it should be good.

I just called Ken, he's gonna have to chime in so he can give you guys his pay pal so he can collect a deposit. He's working on a bunch of stuff. So it might take a little while. But it shouldn't be that long of wait and well worth it.

Just my $.02, but i have a gtc bumper with h&r springs, no clearance. Be aware that silver is correct. It is VERY VERY low. I have about 2 inches of clearance up front. Not great for daily driving if you already have a lowered setup.
