Intake pipe suggestions

Recently put a Greddy elbow on the intake after the rubber BOV a shop put on the stock intake elbow fell off. Fabbing pipe on my own this is how it's going 20k later. embed wont work. Anyways I ordered a 35 degree and a donut for the interim. What should I do with the vacuum hose? Any input is appreciated

I don't understand your question but the second picture is the more logical route with the 45 off the greddy to connect it

Ya that was my question. I got a 35 from HPS I guess I'll give it a college try before I get the 45. I ordered some 4 inch couplers too. We will see..

I *think* he said a shop put a BOV on the stock plastic elbow? There's no way that would end well.

@edd956 If you want, I have a full GReddy SMIC kit here. Elbow, piping, intercooler - everything you need to bolt on and go. Will probably take you less than an hour to be up and running again with a much better setup.

DM me if you're interested. Or I can send you photos so you can try and do it yourself. Buuuuuut, you're probably better off with a setup made for your car.

Looks like you need about a 15 degree coupler at the elbow and a straight coupler at the other end.

One says 15, one says 45. I guess we'll figure it out by bruises. That pipe is about 8 inches cut down from 12. I also need to probably block off the nipple that was going to the stock BOV. Got a 45 and a donut coming in so Im gonna try to hack something together from that hopefully. I also got some 4 inch couplers to really get a good seal.

Id say a 15 deg coupler on each end of the pipe your holding would get you there.

Or get one long radius bend 45 degree 3.75" aluminum tube and use straight couplers.

That would flow best.

If your editing is holding up well after 20k, that's already a good sign! With the 35° and the donut, you should be able to fine-tune the fit even more. For the vacuum hose, everything depends on its current use. If it managed a recirculation, you can connect it cleanly to the inlet with a suitable fitting. Otherwise, if it is no longer necessary, it is better to plug it cleanly with a stopper or a small filter to avoid any unwanted air intake. Can't wait to see the final result!
