This one looks legit (2 owner well kept car). Possibly bad front shock, oil leak and a thousand scratches (should have a done a super good detail/paint correction to make this thing look like new) but otherwise looks SWEET!
Will probably need a lot of basic maintenance but I have a good feeling overall on this one.
I'll say 65k? Mileage and good storage will really bring up the value but tan interior, paint, tires and possible lack of some maintenance (fuel filter, belts, hoses, fluid changes and leaks etc...) will probably bring it down a bit. You never know could sell for 55 or over 70 and break the current BAT record.

I decided to list my project as a roller due to the current market. I'll be close to breaking even if I finish my car and then post it vs. selling it as is now and then selling off all my parts. I don't even know what I'd get next but I want t be out of this "project car" stage in my life.

Hahaha...
Just a note on BaT sales values. I notice that when a car is sold "No Reserve" they trade for less. An extremely nice, low mile no reserve FB just sold for $10,000. Woukld have been at least $15,000 is it had had a reserve.

Full tan interior too. IMO the worst combination for the FD, MB on Tan. I already know I will be amazed at the final price.

Projects suck when you don't have time, move on and continue succeeding where needed

Just an example of a "no reserve" listing for any who don't frequent BaT.. this just posted (I keep my eye on 911s for some reason 🤦♂️, thinking I'll get one some day)

What do you guys think of this FD at carsandbids? 1994 Mazda RX-7 for Sale - Cars & Bids (carsandbids.com) Same place where the yellow FD with high miles went for 63k.

The 10k-mile montego blue FD did not meet its reserve with a final bid of just under $50k on BAT. Listing here: https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1993-mazda-rx-7-151/
Nor did it deserve to, IMHO. Who lists a car with a $50k+ reserve and does not clean the effing floor mats? Not to mention that the paint had more swirl marks than an ice rink. It was crying out for a paint correction.
I've noticed that nearly all the recent FDs on BAT have been very poorly presented.
I would argue that if you are hoping to sell an FD for $40-$50k and above that a professional paint correction is a must - especially with the paint on these cars. (And a proper detailing should be a requirement filed under 'duh'.)
Yes it's going to cost $1k+ for a high-quality result - but I suspect sellers could recoup 5-10x that at auction time.

Someone had the undercoating junk applied which is why the underside looks a little off. If the interior was black I would have considered it. I love an MB base but then again I love them all.
