Help identify this part.
Tried looking at the parts catalog but wasn’t able to identify this part . Its located under the alternator behind the alternator tensioner bracket..
This canister has a hole at the bottom looks like its been rubbing on the crank pulley since there was no screw holding it when i took it out.. any idea what this part does? Emissions related? Only thing hooked to it was a small vacumm line..

Vacuum chamber, it's needed for sequential turbo operation. If it's leaking you'll have problems with the turbo control door operating.
They should be a dime a dozen used.

Manual with bnr stage 3 turbos sequential form. car has ran fine since i got it so wasn’t sure if its worth replacing..
