Cruise control Bulb

Put my interior back together to find a bulb was dead it’s this tiny bulb from the cruise control buttons. Anyone know the bulb or where I can find it? I’ve seen all sorts of bulb lists for the gauge cluster but can’t find this one.

Not sure if Mazda sells them separately, if not you can pull these out of any dash switch from a mid 90s Mazda in a junkyard.

It’s called a neo wedge bulb. If you don’t mind led, you can order them from superbrightleds.com:

I can’t remember which size it is but order a few different sizes and you will be good to go. FYI the leds are nicer than the stock bulbs so I would replace all of the instrument panel bulbs while you are in there.

I found a part number that I believe is correct and ordered it. I will post the results when I get it.

^ Cool. I'd still say go with LEDs as they have better light distribution and last longer. I guess though your original bulb lasted 25+ years, so that is pretty good.

The identifier number is "PC118" or "PC119", fairly common on Ford switches too. My 97 Expedition got the full LED treatment years ago, including the switches wherever possible, and I got a bunch of these left over. Let me know if you need a few.

Thank you, the bulb I had ordered was a larger bulb and did not fit. I ended up ordering a Miata fog light switch that had a very similar bulb that I managed to fit in, seems to work just fine. I may end up going LED in the future but it wasn’t something I wanted to do yet.
