1st picture is what my engine bay used to look like. The other two are the "current work in progress" pictures. Changed out the the whole IC set up. Piping for the IC will go directly into the front end, and running dual oil coolers. That should help with heat! Vented hood on order, along with new front end. Still lots more to do!

WOW! WOW!
what can you tell us about your engine (if anything) stock? I can't wait to see the end results! The colors scheme really pops out with all the polishing. Very nice!

mazdalover, it appears you still have the stock bov (bypassvalve, its the brown thing above the turbo-->intercooler piping) and an aftermarket bov (appears to be HKS). Is that correct?

The twin turbo FD Rx-7 utilizes two BOV's one is used to as an actual bypass valve for the second turbo venting until 4500rpm when the rear turbo comes on line. The bypass valve (brown) is controlled by a solenoid and it closes the brown bypass valve to build boost on the second turbo. The aftermarket BOV is a Synapse, and this is used as a regular BOV.

Before and After

Before:

After (95%completed):

all thats left is install some pulleys (pineapple idler, matching purple alt and WP and AC tensioner),ceramic coat and wrap the dump and make a cold air intake tube to locate the filter down near the intercooler.
