^ Why not shorten the intercooler piping by doing a straight shot from the turbo to the intercooler?

Nothing fancy, just stock with a street port.

Surprisingly well actually. The height of the engine was a little problematic, but I was able to just get it to fit below the stock hood without lowering the steering rack too much. I have plenty of space in front of the motor as well. Everything is pretty tight everywhere else though, I'm not going to lie haha. The FD engine bay is not nearly as large as the Supra, so space is always at a premium.

Looks great. My friend is also doing the same conversion at the moment. Can you tell me what exactly you did so you could use the stock hood? Is it only the steering rack you had to alter?

I don't want to take this thread off topic, so just take a look at my build thread and post any questions you have there. The link is:

how much power are you making with the t04r?
I kinda like the blue engine bay, I know it doesn't match the rest of the car, but it matches the hoses and couplers and pulleys, are you making the car blue or the engine black?

Thanks: It's putting down 400 at the wheels with 15psi on a stock motor

I put a "disclaimer" above the picture; the car is going blue, i had the engine out so I decided to save myself some money by doing the engine bay myself.
