Yup, a KD Rotary Streetport. Dynoed recently at 321 rwhp, 256 rwt (dyno sheet is posted, see thread in 3rd gen section), which is a *helluva* lot more than I thought it would make. Dave Barninger is a Rotary Stud ...

Mine's ported! Marcus Williams of Williams Tuning did it, and it runs great! Can't wait to see how fast it'll spool my T62-1 when it gets installed!

Yup. Witness my dyno sheet (posted in this section less than a week ago). There's no way I would have made that much high-end power on a stock motor with those mods. You do lose low-end torque, but it hasn't been an issue.

Arrow Dyno sheet for a ported motor

The dyno sheet I spoke of in my earlier post can be seen below. I was running 12# boost. My first pull I made 308 at 10#. There's no way I would have made that on my stock motor with the minimal mods shown in my sig....

Hey Goodfella, you need to be more clear, what was it you dynoed at? LOL j/k

Hey man, congrats, I am really happy for you, and excited too, because we have the exact same mods and stuff (including street port) and I guess I can expect the same results.

:p :p :p

Sorry guys....I've never dynoed my R1 before, and to have the car perform that much better than I ever expected has got me pretty excited. Labor day I'm putting on a midpipe and M2 Large IC and having RP tune my Power FC on the dyno, so I'll keep you guys posted ...

Goodfella,

Don't be sorry, I would be the same way. Be proud, that is one fast car! Wait till you get the IC and MP, with that street port your car is really going to wake up. You will probably get in the 350 range (hopefully). It is great watching the HP numbers clilmb as you add mods. Gives us all hope

Did that idle finally settle down? Did you find out what it was, or did the FC just need to learn the car?

What rims did you settle on finally?

321rwhp is damn sweet
