I know two people that have them and they are quite pleased. I'm saving up for mine right now.

Hey fellas, This is Bryan at BNR. I am thinking on doing a group buy on stage 1 turbo upgrades for the 87-88 and 89-91 turbochargers. If I have some good feed back, I will put a deadline on the group buy .
take care....

Ill have mine soon enough I drove a car with the H3 upgrade and it was NICE!! The truth is in the product... once you feel one spool up and hit 14 psi...youre sold regardless!!

Ditto, I want one, but something a lil more than stage one. I'd take 3,4.

well
Maybe if we can get enough interest for a stage 2- 3- 4

But stage 1 is more appealing $ wise
God knows all the Group Buys
offers we have had
only to be sabatoged by dreamers.......

For those of you considering an upgraded turbo I'd just like to say once I had mine done I was kicking myself for not doing it sooner.
In about a month I'll have added fuel and boost to 14-15 psi. Should be a hoot.

Im down for the group buy but on the website it says you add an external wastegate flange. So I have to buy a wastegate also? If so forget the stage 1, might as well go for somethin better. If nothing else has to be bought and the wastegate can be ported than go for the Stage 1.

hey matt. I haven't removed the external wastegate opion from my site yet. My internal wastegate will do the job on holding boost . There are 2 different puck assemblies that I use for the 87-88, a big one and a really big one!
I can only do the stage 1 for the group buy. The others I have too much invested to go any lower on price. don't think that a stage 1 isn't a big turbo! It is a stage 2 compressor wheel machined to fit in the stock housing! Great sleeper turbo... There is actually a picture of it on the page. The caption at the top says stage 2 stock housing upgrade.
later on,
Bryan

Yeah, my car has zero creep with the stage one and big wastegate puck. Its a S4 turbine housing, at that.
