There is no rod. the pump is wired half open. the oil injectors that go into th manifold aren't there theres just bolts plugging the holes. The injectors are capped with vaccum caps. what could be going on here?

Considering the look of that LIM, it appears someone went 6port turbo and didn't have the proper rod/lines for the rear OMP injectors so instead they wired it half open. By plugging the caps I believe all that does is inject more oil than normal, as typically it sucks air/oil together. So it probably was their attempt to at least get some oil going in there. They probably premixed as well.

yea the motors built for boost but what about the other injectors that were removed? think it got enough oil? the motor got supercharged then turbo setup.
what would be the proper OMP setup?

they were probably (hopefully) premixing. no big deal. take the rest of the system off or find the missing parts.

nope not pre-mixing. The internals look ok. its getting big boost so guess ill see if it blows or goes. im trying to get the rest of the parts and then do the 2 stroke mod. another thing is i been reading and reading about the omp injectors and its hard to find anything in the 2nd gen forum alot in the 3rd but shouldn't the vacc. lines run before the turbo?

You have to tee them together using individual tee's or a vacuum spider and feel them pre-throttle plate air.

pre-throttle plate? that would still see pressure from boost.

As far as I know, the omp injectors didnt change from s4 to s5 or n/a and TII. They should be the same no matter what. Premixing isnt a bad idea. I did it with both of my cars.

if you look at an OMP injector, it is basically two pieces: a banjo bolt, and then an air vent with an internal check valve at the top. i'm pretty sure they are the same basic design in all Rx-7's.
