WOOHOO Someone Near me 2 build 13B

Man, what luck, my rx7 has just about every engine prob possible, just as im feeling like i should give up, i get lucky

Less than 200 ft down the road from me i see someoen fixing some new chevy, and beind it is an rx7, to make a long story short, hes got 3 rx7's and hes rebijlding moters for em, and if i need mine to be rebuilt, he said he could do it

This is good, there are NO rx7 specialty shops that rebuild moters ANY WHERE near me that i know of, and this guy lives 15 min away on my way to school =]

That is very cool.. the best thing to do is ask if you can help out.. that way you will learn what is going on and then you can fix it yourself in the future.

Very good point.. problem is i have class's 5 days a week.. ill just stay ahead in my projects, i hope he can do this, i wonder if someen around here can street port it.. would that be wise on a 87 N/A ? i intend on doing exsaust and intake, but would i have to get a better fuel system to handel the extra power or would i be ok?

Instead of porting it (which can be a bad idea if it's your daily driver) Why not purchase some used, good shape, 89-91 rotors and proper counterweight/flywheel... higher compression (more hp) and lighter... Litter higher Redline (8000RPM)
I'm no COMPLETLY sure that is the only diff between 86-88 and 89-91 engines, but I'm PRETTY sure
as for fuel system.. You should be fine on stock..
not sure about it if you port it.. Someone else can answer this question

lol no, actualy, his aunts car was broken down, and so Him and His car were 200ft down the road, he lives 1.5 towns away, (im not sure if hes in farmington or rochester) i drive by his White 86 N/A every day, hes half the reason i got an rx7, hes also got a Big as yellow van with a funky spoiler on it, if im not lazy,ill take a pic for ya

When you say rochester, do you mean Rochester washington or some other rochester far away?

Plymoth College? like an hour, a firnd of mine goes to plymoth, I take class's in Dover and Live 15 min from Farmington

In Tilton, Nelson owns 2 RX-7s up there. I've seen 1 grey FC from Maine at PSC.
