Have you ever heard of getting your car corner weighed?

I think that is where your problems lie.

If you haven't done it yet...its the MAIN benifit of owning coilovers.

corner weigh is always beneficial

but a typical corner weigh will not solve his problem

I experienced this first hand by eliminated the rear swaybar altogether at the track. May not be true for everyone but I've spoken to a several avid roadracers and they recommended it to me. Sway bar tuning for autocross and road race use is very, very different. A car that has enough rear bar to rotate well at autocross speeds will be frightening at the track, and a well set up track car will suffer grinding understeer in the tighter autocross courses. Just ask anyone who has tried to autocross a Spec Miata.

wow, yeah your rear suspension is way too soft....

personally i'd go with a stiffer rear ( even with women ), or atleast match the fronts....

you need a light rear swaybar, if you arent running one. a slightly stiffer one if you are. also stiffer rear springs, like people are saying 450F/350R would be much better, i dont think i would match the rears that stiff, but they are already much too soft. if you have coilovers, definately CORNER BALANCE, helps tons, especially if they were used or not adjusted properly when installed. remember, you have to be in the car with the proper amount of fuel before. but do the corner balancing with stiffer rear springs.
