whos car is this?

So I found these pics some where and I've got no clue where. All I can say is what FI set up is this. This is the sickest thing I've ever seen It makes me want to build a FI car and sayfunk carbs. Someone tell me something.

isn't that a bit not safe to run the car without any air filter?

any way.. what's so special with it?

(btw... back fire is so badass!! I just love it )

it looks like a side draft carbbie and there isn't a million hoses and wires running around. this FI has carrictor something hat is usually only associated with carbs.. and look at the intake manifold doesn't that look tough to you. That car looks like it means business. They way they should all look..

That looks like forum member "kahren"s car (or at least his engine bay). Someone confirm that... as I only say this because of the custom intake manifold. If it is, then I believe he is running an E6K.

That car is not FI. Unless he changed his setup. The picture is tubular manifold with a Throttle body welded to it.

That engine has a throttlebody on it why wouldn't it be FI??? You either have a carb or throttlebody and it's safe to say you can tell it's a throttlebody which means it's fuel injected. Unless I'm incorrect, someone please correct me.

Kahren's car is FI, the second picture is definitely his engine bay the first one is a little more iffy, it could be his but he has a single exhaust setup and his car is a little dinged, so that would have to be from before the accident.

injectors are in the intake manifold; given, they're hard to see.

i asked before and the pic was without a filter, but he says he drives with one on.

whats special? haltech e6k, custom intake manifold, custom ignition, 178whp on stock ports (maybe more now; 178 last i saw he posted).

not p-ports, _stock_ ports.

Kahren, where are you? you're famous.

I think some people are confused. When we are saying FI in this thread, we mean Fuel Injected.

I think somone up there was thinking "forced induction."

Filter? haha last time i saw his car it was filter-less

I was talking about Forced Induction which this setup is not. This setup is Fuel Injected.

Looks like a skewed pic of my GTUs from rotorfest, someone sent me a pic of my car from almost the exact same angle shooting some flames on the way back, and the plate/etc looks like mine. It's hard to identify though because you can't see anything on the front of the car.
