First off, read the FAQ and search. All of this has been covered at one time or another. As far as finding Infini III wheels, that may be somewhat of a challange. You'd be better off getting some BBS wheels or Infini IV wheels if your going for the mesh look. Aerodyne.net carries a lot of JDM parts for the FC, but all of that comes with a price.

Check the For sale section for whatever parts you need, someone will surely have what you are looking for. However, what is wrong with checking in the junkyard for parts like the headlight motor? What year and model is your car?

Ebay, FC3Spro, RX7store.net, RX7.com, racingbeat, and corksport are just some of the places you can find performance parts for your vehicle.
