Who knows the atf trick?

Heard about using ATF to aid in starting difficult engines.Im pulling mie soon...but want to see if I can get it to fire.....were do I put the ATF, how much...and does it work.... (have spark,comp, fuel...etc..and a minor water leak)

Use OIL instead of ATF. It's MUCH less damaging to the engine.

ATF is only to be used in situations of extreme flooding.

Put an ounce of oil into each leading (lower) spark plug hole with a turkey baster, they rotate the engine by hand a few revolutions. Then start the car.
