you hook it up to the vac nipple on the turbo, then to the wastgate actuator. Not much to it takes all of 2 minutes. make sure its flow is to the waistgate or it won't open and your boost will sky rocket. I'm never going to buy a manual boost controller again. way to easy to make only costs about 13 bucks. I'm not sure what your doing with the BOV but that doesn't controll the boost, just lets out excess air after throttle shuts. Hooking controler to manifold may cause boost creeps,

Lets start at the turbo. The nipple on the turbo connects to your boost controller. From the other end of the boost controller take that line to the wastegate nipple. Your BOV is the only thing that has been discussed in this thread that should be connected to the intake manifold. Hope that helps.

Mines not like that, is the car a S5? cause I only have experiance with the S4. The nipple on top of my turbo is to the waistgate and thats it. how bout a pic of what your talking about, then I'll draw in it show you how its done.

You hook the boost controller to that... You should probably do some research before you get too far into this thing. upping the boost without proper mods, or knowledge on how this stuff works is kinda dangerous. I'm running 10 Psi on a mostly stock fuel system. I just have a 255 LPH pump, and I'm pushing it. I expect to blow up every time I hit full boost.
