Where does the boost hose go?

The hose from the bottom of the boost sensor is just dangling free in my car. Where is this supposed to go?

Just to the left of the bacvalve i think...it might just be right under it.

Its a tiny little nipple it will go onto.

I recommend getting this on before you drive the car, I was told this could damage the engine, I dont understand why but thats just what I was told

I've been driving without it for a couple months now, no probs. Looks like the stock boost gauge stopped working though. And, because I'm ignorant/challenged, where is the bac valve? =D

It could damage your engine very easily. The ECU reads boost off the boost sensor. If it is not hooked up the ecu reads that you are never in boost. Then it does not adjust timing or adjust fuel when the car actually is in boost. If you don't know why that is bad you need to do some research.

Also, the ECU would not have a fuel cut. If boost goes to high for whatever reason your computer wont care and bye bye engine.

if no pressure is read it acts like it's under full boost.

Gas milage goes way down and idle is nasty (b/c too rich)

connect it to the upper intake manifold.

Thats what i figured but wasnt completly sure. The bac valve is on the passenger side, has 3 hoses going to it. 1 on left side 1 on right, and 1 under it. the 1 under is goes to the steel pipe that connects to the turbo and intercooler. the nipple should be just to the left of the bac

That nipple is normally for the BOV, not the MAP sensor. The MAP sensor's nipple is on the ACV. If this has been removed, just tee it into the BOV line.
