whats to much boost (please help)

can i stock turbo II handle almost 12 pounds just for a little bit? has 2.5 bonez race pipe and apex'i gt catback 2.5 rb dp fuel cut defencer and modded tb. please help

not if you dont have an upgraded fuel pump. i doubt it could handle 10 psi with those mods and a stock fuel pump.

top mount IC dosent cool 12psi very good... hope you live some where it dosent get hot or have red lights....

heat soak is a killer.

I'm running 11psi on a t4 with an npr front mount but otherwise everything else is stock. I do have an egt gauge which lets me know if i run lean or not. The leanest my car will go is about 1380 F. I say get an egt and first try 8 psi, Then try 10. Right down how lean it went from 8 then to 10. If its not too bad try 12.

I ran 1bar on mine for a week or two and all that happened was a blown motor, so other than that it's ok.

Don't mess with boost if your basicly stock you will just make more problems.

when adding more boost you MUST add more fuel or engine damage WILL result.

making HP have a cost and the cost is fuel. thats just how it is...

btw have any of you ever seen the short video that shows how much fuel a insano pro dragster injects under full throttle? they had a display with a clear cylinger type thing... man it looked like the flood gates opened.
