What are these spacers and nuts from?

So I just got the car running for the first time today. And on the last time I had it shut off these washers and nut fell down into the drip pan. Anyone know what they might go to? Car is a 90 turbo 2

They look like they belong together

They almost look they they help secure an idler pulley. I don't recognize them unfortunately. Everything look normal under the hood? Anything loose? Have you removed any components under the hood?

Ok thanks! I was playing with the belts but haven't undone the idler pulleys. I'll have to look around and see what happened.

Much appreciated!
