what temp exhaust wrap for downpipe?
I'm looking to get some exhaust wrap for the downpipe on my my t2 and Im not sure what temp rating to get so I won't have to worry about it disintegrating.
I know rotary exhaust can get very hot, most cheaper dei wraps are rated at 1200f continuous and 2000 intermittent, I didn't know if that would suffice or if Id be wasting my money and should get something better.
I also plan to get the stuff you spray on the wrap to prevent rust.

So the 1200f one will be fine? I just have a habit of buying the best, even if exceeds my needs.
High temp stuff is like $30-40 (1800+) lower temp (1200f) is like $15, huge price gap.
So ill use the cheaper stuff if its no big deal.
