Clutch not disenagung

Ok so I just finished up the install of a manual trans in my 87 gxl, new clutch, slave cylinder, and master cylinder. Clutch won't disengage for some reason, I've done the best I can bleeding it on my own and I use a bar to hold the pedal down while I crack the bleeder screw and its pure fluid coming out. What can I be missing? I can see the release fork moving some but not as much as I think it should. And the pedal travel isn't a lot (compared to a first gen)

I would get a friend or anyone to assist you in the bleeding process.

Unless you have a massive leak in the hydraulic system, there is probably still a lot of air in the system so keep bleeding!

Hit or tap the cylinders with a wrench to dislodge the bubbles inside. This should release the trapped air. Then continue to bleed. Also ensure you are letting the pedal travel all the way up before depressing again. Slow and deliberate.

Well, I figured it out, turns out there's a plastic piece the attaches to the clutch that when all the components out of the donor car aren't included....will hang down and cause you not to be able to push the clutch all the way in
