What size are the bolts for the gas tank straps?

Stupid me, I pulled the 2 bolts off the gas tank and now I can't find where I put them, does anyone know what size they are?
Thanks,
Eric

They're really long and prolly a size 12 or 14. I don't know the exact size/thread pattern but they're fairly large bolts. Should be easy to recognize when you see them.

If you'd stop and read the first post more carefully you'd see it said that I lost the bolts, meaning I don't have them.

That would require effort. Kind of like going to Ace Hardware and buying some random bolts and seeing which fit.

they will either be a 8, 10, or 12mm shank (12 or 14 mm head size is about where you should end up) with a 1.25mm pitch and about 40 to 45 mm long i believe
