Question What power with this setup?

> 1986 turbo conversion, auto gearbox
> 3" exhaust turbo back with stock cat
> TID mod
> ported wastgate (bring boost down to 8psi)
> FCD
> 98 octane fuel
> Walbro pump
Any ideas as to how much power I will be getting with the following setup?:
Any see a problem with this setup (except for the gearbox obviously)?

FWHP? Does that mean fly wheel horse power? If so, how is that possible in an auto?

LOL @ flywheel.

if it's an S4 engine and turbo at 8psi. my guess is alittle over 200. depends on condition of engine.

woops I didn't realize you were running stock catback (I saw "turbo back" and assumed the full system from DP to Mufflers), yeah thats definately more down towards 200 at the flywheel

the RB Turbo back is good for at LEAST 40HP @ flywheel @ 10psi

182hp + 40hp = 222hp

Talking

Yup...

200HP+40HP=240HP for me =) Can't wait for my RB exhaust to arrive.

Edit: forgot to mention I already have my engine semi-street ported. So its about

215HP+40HP=255 HP Then I will add my fuel mods and boost er up to 12-13 PSI and gain another 15-20 HP (open up my air intake too, another 7 HP) Then my upgraded ignition that will be in soon to take control of another 5-10 HP from tuning and upgraded fuel pump and injectors.

hmm... 215HP+40HP+20HP+7HP+10HP=292 HP ...

I think that will be enough HP for my car until the engine goes and I install a T04s turbo with FMIC with light weight rotors and 12 LB flywheel.

I am a man that will never have any money because I spend it all on my car.

Hmm...I wonder If I should add an HKS sticker for the added HP? LoL...

I will have 3" turbo back exhaust but still use the stock cat. Does using the stock cat mean I have to keep the whole stock cat back part of the exhaust? I thought I could still go 3" from the cat back?

hgmmm.

probably around 215-225...I am guessing 235 MAX output without fuel/ignition mods.

its impossible to be exact...but without fuel/ignition mods it is difficult to actually use the power your engine is capable of...
