What to look for when looking up your exhaust port?

So I was given the idea to look up my exhaust port on my engine when Rotor 1 has been showing some odd compression: 100, 80, 80. As compared to rotor 2 which was 100psi all around. I did some searching and I came across the idea as an alternative to pulling apart your engine, which to be honest I really don't want to do since its preforming perfectly, it just has that one possible wonkey seal. I don't know if "Carbon Locked Apex Seals" are a thing, where part or the entirety of the seal is forced into the depressed position due to excessive carbon build up, but another post I came across mentioned the idea and recommended the thread starter to look up the exhaust and press against the seals to make sure there not fully depressed or "carbon locked".
Here is what I found. 2 of the apex seals looked perfectly normal, however the last one I looked at (compared to the other 2) looked noticeably less straight than the other 2. I stuck my finger up there and what do you know, a few presses and it looked like all the others.
I haven't done a compression test to see if that fixed the problem because I am waiting on a turbo inlet seal but while I have it out I wanted to know from the community what else I should look for while I have it off and the ability to look up into the engine.
Here are some of the pictures I got while looking inside, and I can post some more if need be:
