what kind of machine would this be?

im thinking about alternatives for a TII swap in my first gen. i cant really afford an ecu, so...... i was thinking about doing it with the stock ecu... my mechanic will do the wiring in exchange for a core. i will be getting the housings streetported. using a fmic, bov, manual boost controller..... what kind of performance....restrictions.....will we be talking about? i know the stock air flow meter is restrictive.....but come on....how much will i feel this?

well, a similar setup in an FC using the stock ECU would yeild about 240rwhp, so you can figure somewhere in that ballpark.

No, you'd have a nice quick spool up time with a stock turbo and open exhaust/intake, and an FB is a bit lighter, so it'd work out nice.
