Ball bearing is best, but will cost you more. And don't buy ebay turbos; many of them are chinese crap.

The stock turbo does not use ball bearings, but it is also 20+ years old. It's not the most efficient design anymore.

a non bb garrett i was told about that is cheap and has great potential over 500hp ish.. said something about BB in a rotary isnt really the best because of heat. I was suppose to pm the guy for a model number for the turbo but i havent got around to doin it yet. BUT everyone has their own preferences so others may say different.

what...??

i got a cheap gt35 bb from enjuku racing on my ka24de s13 running with no blow off for the past 9 months, surging 24/7 and i got no problem, i had a 57trim t04e before that one and died in 1 or 2 months, but that was my fault cuz i just like how they surge, thrust bearings are not meant for that
