Since when is the FC heavy? It could be lighter, but it's certainly not heavy (S5 vert notwithstanding).

well, i think they are a little on the heavy side for such a small car. with such a light engine, and small frame, i would think theyd be les than 3k lbs.

well the older ones were under 3,000 lbs but once people want more power and more luxury thats when the wieght comes on, but if my car gains an extra 300lbs because of a turbo and power windows and power everything im not gonna complain too much

they weigh what they do cus they have a reasonably stiff frame, not some 1800 lb limp honda noodle.

as far as i know, fc's (at least n/a's and s4 turbos) are among the lightest 2-seat sports coupes of their erra. lighter than porche 944, corvette, supra etc. they weigh about as much as an s2000 and have a trunk you can actualy get crap in.....

if thats not light enough, a tii can be stripped down to about 2500 lb and still be reasonably comfortable/streetable and an n/a can drop about 150 lb more.

so what are you complaining about?

well the -se STOCK weights 2590 and iirc the base s4 fc weighs 2670 or something like that

but still, fully load the FC and see what it weighs, full loaded i mean power steering, power windows, air conditioning, rear wiper, etc.. all things that come standard on the gsl-se

A kilometer is a measure of distance, like the mile. I think you mean kilogram.

And no it won't be 1980kg, that's ~4350lb.
