ok whenever i rev my engine it sounds like a weed eater on crack, do most 7's sound like this or is there somethin wrong here?

My friend had an NA with a pacesetter header...we told him to paint the car green and the rims yellow

 

here's a "ported" pacesetter header (the flashing at the collector was ground away) and OE exhaust...

note: you have to copy that shortcut and manually enter it. idle is roughly 1500-1800, upshifts at roughly 3500-4000, light throttle city driving.
