water in the oil just recently

so just recently noticed a little stumble here and there as far as accelerating so looked around and noticed a couple really small water dropplets on the dipstick and so i imediatly changed the oil GTX and K&N filter always. rechecked it after a couple minutes of driving everything looked and felt good. little more <100miles and felt same hesitation. so got down to it and put in a new fuel filter which i just replaced it about 5k ago and always shake it out in a clear glass so i know whats coming out. **** water in the line so replaced new filter and threw some seafoam(soak up the water) along with full tank of premium. still getting water in the oil so...
Question 1 is it possible that water can go through my fuel filter and inj and settle in the oil because its not burning?

Qestion 2 if its not that where can water come in from and settle in the oil.

background 18k on rebuilt motor
s4 t2 lots of bolt on
still great compression
changed oil/filter 2 times in the last 100 miles along with a bottle of seafoam through the lines

running out of ideas on my end

it is sometimes caused by condensation.
I remember last winter, I checked my oil and there was water and white sludge all over it. Took the cap off and there was also white sludge all over the cap. but during warm temperature days above 40, I wouldnt have any water or sludge.

A proper crankcase vent should help eliminate it I think? not to sure.

The water on the oil cap is probably due to condensation as mentioned. I have had this issue with several cars in the past and it has always been solved with proper crankcase venting. The water on the cap should not cause any hesitation.

It is possible that condensation or moisture is seeping into your gas tank as a seperate occurance. I would make sure that you have the Evap system hooked up properly, or check for other ways the tank may catch moisture.
