That thing sounds horrible. It almost sounds like it's running 1 rotor. It doesn't really sound like a vacuum leak as vacuum leaks usually will run pretty smooth at a certain RPM. Here's what i'd do:
1)Compression check (only continue if this is OK)
2)Replace plugs if they're old, check plug wires.
3)Clean all original grounding points
4)Bust out the multimeter and hit the ECU and compare each terminal to the FSM, at Ign. On and Idle
5)Restab CAS/verify timing

it has very very rusted out exhaust pipes lol it sat in a field for forever that and my camera on my phone doesnt do it much justice
Also it does run pretty smooth when it idles higher at like 1100 rpms it sounds very smooth

I'd also toss in a TPS adjustment after #3 (you'd notice this doing #4 though). Either way, I'd still go along with that plan of attack. Also, check that the TPS is still good. Get a multimeter and check the OHM range, make sure it's not going to infinite or exceeding the max limit, that can cause some issues like you have.
