to vent or not to vent?
i am getting a bov for my 87 t2 which is runnin 11 psi and i was wondering if i should vent it or run it back into the intake? i would like to vent it but is there any draw backs to venting it into the atmosphere? thanks

Dumping metered air to the atmosphere can cause a momentary rich condition. *shrug* I'm not a turbo guy, so I can't say how much that actually affects things.

If you don't want people to hear it then route it back into the intake. Thats about the only reason i can think of not venting it. I had a long thread about this on Teamfc3s.org, you might wanna check it out.

i vented and threw a cel up. it just makes it run really really rich in between shifts unless you have someway of tuning that out i would not do it. it does sound really badass but i would rather save a motor than have something like that. .02

from what i have heard if you recirculate the HKS ssqu you can still hear it. Not as loud but you can still be a ***** haha and not become pigrich durring shifts. Let me know if that is true, I have only read about that
